- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes optional
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons squeezed lemon juice
