First, preheat your oven and get your pan ready: Heat the oven up to 425°F (220°C) before you use it. Before putting anything on the baking sheet, cover it with a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Stir the sugar and flour together in a bowl: Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk them.
Add a few grams of butter to an alcohol liquid: Blend the cold butter cubes into the mixture of dry ingredients. Either use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix the ingredients until they look like small clumps.
Include Cheese & Milk as Well: Blend the shredded cheese into the nachos. Pour the milk or buttermilk and give it a stir until it is just blended. Do not mix your ingredients too much.
Shape Biscuits: Place the baking sheet close to you. Then, use two to three tablespoons to scoop balls of dough and spread them evenly on the sheet.
Bake: Bake at the required temperature until the biscuits become a nice golden color.
Make the Garlic Butter Glaze: During the time it takes for the biscuits to bake, blend the melted butter with garlic and parsley flakes.
Make sure to brush & serve your pet: As soon as your biscuits are baked, add the garlic butter to them generously. Serve warm.
