  1. Prepare the sprouts: Wash, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts. Pat them dry to ensure crisp roasting.
  2. Season and roast: Toss sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  3. Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine: Remove sprouts from the oven, toss them in the glaze, and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
  5. Serve: Garnish with crispy onions or a drizzle of honey for added flavor. Serve warm as a flavorful side dish.
